At Rivolt, our bales are hand-picked and colour sorted in line with customer request prior to undergoing the bailing process. We supply clear bales as well as coloured bales commensurate with specific delivery and export requirements. Our bales are compressed to a minimum of 10 lbs./cu./ft. so as to ensure the bales do not fall apart. However, our ideal density for plastic bales is 20 lbs./cu./ft. This is generally heavy enough for maximizing efficiency in both domestic and export containers.

We pride ourselves in maintaining extremely high purity levels in our processed flakes. This is achieved by ensuring that all used PET bottles slated for processing are de-labeled and de-capped prior to crushing, cold washing, hot washing and subsequent bagging / packaging for export and delivery to our respective clients.

The tape is primarily used for industrial packaging and cotton baling as well as a various array of applications.
