Rotodyne Engine Development, LLC is an intellectual property holding company for technology related to the revolutionary Rotodyne Engine with the goal of selling and/or licensing rights to extended piston dwell and constant volume combustion. It is the brainchild of entrepreneur and former patent attorney Larry Chasin and renowned sculptor and renaissance man, Doug Johns whose 3-dimensional perception sparked the flash of genius that resulted in the discovery of the engine variables that would allow de-coupling of the piston motion from the crank angle and thereby enable constant volume combustion to take place in a re-invention of a traditional barrel-type Internal combustion engine.
