Our process is straightforward and customer centered. We begin with a meeting to understand the goals and needs of the customer. We will discuss what they want to accomplish, what size conduit they want installed and where they would like it to be installed... Then we will initiate a call to PA One to find out where the utilities are, locate them, and use that information to determine the final path of the installation. Then we will begin drilling the project out and installing the conduit. Upon completion of the installation we will completely restore the land around the job site to the satisfaction of the customer... Boring, also known as horizontal directional drilling, is a trenchless way to install underground utilities such as pipe, conduit or cables in a relatively shallow arc or radius along a prescribed underground path using a surface-launched drilling rig.
