In September 2016, the company was acquired by the Alfagomma Group, a global leading manufacturer of hydraulic and industrial fluid handling systems, with more than 60 years of experience... Sitef was a partnership founded in 1987 operating in the manufacturing sector of exhaust manifolds for combustion engines, with the aim of adding a flexible metal hose to the curved exhaust muffler pipe. It subsequently expanded in the thermo-hydraulic and industrial sector with the production of flexible stainless-steel hoses for the connection of gas and water systems.
