SWINTON AMATEUR SWIMMING CLUB

We provide a welcoming, friendly and caring atmosphere where members will develop into happy, well-balanced and contented individuals, tolerant, caring of others and free of discrimination... Sprint swimming, leg training and throwing drills will be practised in the early stages of water polo at Swinton ASC. We hope to not only show you the basics of water polo but also improve your swimming speed and strengthen up your leg kick.
