Teresa Adams-Nault, founder of the woman-owned business Talent Select, LLC, dba TheTalentMatchmaker, has dedicated over 25 years to talent selection, executive search, talent strategy, onboarding, and executive career coaching. She knows first-hand that when professionals feel motivated and fulfilled at work, it lights a fire within them that energizes their team, culture, and bottom line for the organizations they represent. In 2011, she opened her boutique firm which is today known as TheTalentMatchmaker.
