The Rainbow Foundation is an award winning charity which has been effectively promoting good mental health and wellbeing whilst reducing loneliness and isolation for the past 27 years... Our 2 care hubs based in Marchwiel and Penley provide access to Day Opportunities (sometimes referred to as day care) and Rainbow Meals (a meals to you service), a range of Social Prescribing activities including peer support groups, lunch clubs and community classes, community transport, volunteering and much more... …The Rainbow Foundation provides a Rainbow Care and Support service which brings our award-winning service directly to the homes of our clients within the community. Alongside this, our innovative Community Wellbeing Team provides a social prescribing service available through all GP surgeries across Wrexham as well as a team of Community Agents who work across Wrexham Maelor South.
