TIFFEN LAW OFFICE - Key Persons
Patricia Tiffen completed her bachelor of Laws at the University of Alberta in 2000. During her final year, she was selected to compete on behalf of the University in the prestigious Jessup International Moot Competition, against teams from law schools across the country. Through these experiences Patricia recognized the value of taking advantage of opportunities to increase her knowledge of the law and its application. She has subsequently obtained certificates in Interpersonal Conflict Resolution, Interest-based Negotiation and Facilitative Mediation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Alberta.
Patricia has used these skills and experiences throughout her career in both insurance defence and plaintiff's personal injury litigation, and is developing a mediation practice. The Provincial Court has chosen her to be on their mediation roster and employs her skills in a variety of disputes.
