Tom also knows that many people want to learn, improve or perfect their French and/or Spanish. To that end, he has hired and continues to recruit the highest quality native speakers of these target languages to allow all people to improve and perfect their knowledge of these important international languages.
Tom is pleased to offer highly experienced teachers who offer focused, fun and results-oriented individualized or group classes. In addition, Tailored Languages Centre employs a team of administrators, who work with individual clients, and any human resources personnel, at your Organization, if necessary to ensure your require paperwork and documentation are completed well, and are processed accurately and punctually.
Dr. Tom Miller is the Founder and Chief Operating Officer of TJM Services. He is delighted to lead an international team of highly qualified and committed of professionals who offer a variety of high-quality, responsive and tailored services to our clients all over the world.
With respect to teacher and leadership training and coaching, Tom brings over 30 years of experience as an elementary and secondary teacher, curriculum consultant, school principal and university professor in 9 countries on 6 continents.
He is a proven specialist in quality assurance of initial and continuing teacher and, for the last 20 years, has been offering leadership training and coaching services primarily in North America, Latin America and Caribbean, Africa and, most recently in Europe and in Asia.
Dr. Miller has earned an excellent international reputation as a professional coach and mentor. His tailored and interpersonal approach combined with this measurable results from having supported hundreds of Organizations with a wide range of training sessions on a variety of topics, policy analyses & development, successful program & policy implementation, team-building and review of internal processes & procedures have been greatly appreciated by many leaders and other CEOs.
Beyond school and district-level work in this important area, his national experience focused on providing technical support and policy advice to 13 Ministers of Education as the Post-Secondary Coordinator with the Council of Ministers of Education, Canada, and, internationally when he worked with 41 Ministers of Education as a Diplomat and Head of Section with UNESCO.
For over 30 years, Tom has continued to work with the best teachers to provide the highest quality and tailored language training for English, French and Spanish.
