Tommy Briere serves as the Chief Financial Officer for TOMAD International Inc. and works out of his Chicago, Illinois office. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from DePauw University (cum laude) and was a member of the Management Fellows Program, an honors program focused on management and leadership.
Prior to joining TOMAD in January 2021, Tommy's career at BMO Harris Bank, a multi-national financial institution, started in the bank's Special Assets group monitoring high-risk credit relationships before going through the formal Commercial Analyst Development Program. He spent the next few years monitoring the risk of existing commercial relationships and underwriting/structuring new loans to small businesses and publicly traded corporations in a wide range of industries.
Working as a member of BMO Harris's Corporate Advisory group in Chicago, Tommy focused on equipping owners/executive management with analysis to make informed corporate decisions around growth and liquidity. He advised middle market businesses on buy-side M&A, ownership transitions, and general corporate finance analysis. Tommy gained experience analyzing returns on growth opportunities to create value for shareholders, exploring shareholder liquidity options and assembling valuations for businesses.
Vahe started his career in accounting. After that, he spent 2 years at Semaan International, Inc. "Export Management company" located in Chicago-USA as regional Sales Manager for Saudi Arabia.
