After almost two decades in UK and US international law firms, from traineeship to partnership, I decided to set up my own boutique. I intend to combine the expertise and the commitment of a first-class international law firm with the flexibility and the personal approach that is expected from a boutique... I handle a wide variety of corporate and commercial assignments with particular expertise in sensitive governance issues (including directors' liabilities) and corporate dispute resolution (including shareholders' disputes, merger and acquisition disputes and post-acquisition claims).
