Aaron Brewer

Aaron has a BS in Psychology from the University of Alabama. He derives knowledge and inspiration from his mother, who has worked in the mental health field his entire life. Aaron has lived in many different countries and states, allowing him to better understand and support those who need it wherever he goes. His background includes working with eating disorders, substance abuse, intellectual disabilities, and mood disorders with a variety of ages; but his curiosity extends to all areas of mental health, motivating him to return to school in the near future and expand his ability to support others.

Alexis McLaughlin

Alexis has a bachelor's degree in psychology and holds her certified addictions technician license. Her background includes working with trauma, substance use, and crisis work. She aims to create a space where people feel comfortable and a sense of belonging. Her passion for helping and connecting with others motivates her to go back to school to expand her knowledge and skills. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her cats and dog, reading, listening to music, and enjoying time outside.

Ellie Wilkins

Ellie Wilkins has a wealth of experience and exposure in the somatic world of healing trauma. She is #BoulderStrong's AcuDetox Specialist, a N.A.D.A. acupuncture protocol of five needles in each ear. She also has a Master's in Counseling with a Somatic Emphasis and an interest in neuroscience. Her focus is delivering this wisdom through compassion, grounding, and always returning to the breath.

Julie Ratinoff

Julie has a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in Transpersonal Art Therapy from Naropa University, a Master's degree in Teaching and Early Education from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Anthropology from the University of Colorado-Boulder. Julie draws on a holistic approach to mental wellness using art therapy and other creative modalities to support clients on their healing journey. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, creating art, writing, and traveling.

Peyton Milam

Peyton has worked at Mental Health Partners since 2022. She works as a clinician on both the Boulder Strong team and Boulder Adult Outpatient team, providing therapy for individuals and groups. Peyton is skilled at addressing issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal struggles, attachment, life transitions, ADHD, and relapse prevention. Outside of work, Peyton enjoys her hobbies of reading, attending concerts, plays, musicals, and hanging out with her two cats.

Rivkah Bacharach

Rivkah has a B.A. in psychology and traditional eastern arts from Naropa University and has been practicing massage therapy and alternative healing for 20+ years. She has studied with revered teachers in diverse spiritual traditions. Her studies have reinforced the concept that we as humans are capable of deep healing and transformation. She is honored to work with the guests at BSRC. Outside of work, Rivkah likes paddle boarding, writing, or hiking with her stubborn but mighty, magical dog, Banana.

Will Gaub

Will is passionate about helping others heal. Will has studied several effective treatments for PTSD and is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). He believes the client is the expert on their life and conceptualizes therapy as a space for reconnecting with one's inner healing intelligence. Outside of his clinical work, Will enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, running, and kayaking. He can often be found going for walks with his fiancée and their golden retriever, Elbert.
