In 2008, the founder (Makhdoom Bhatti) discussed with some well-wishers of the community, and decided to start social welfare activities in the community. For this purpose a block of land was purchased. A formal organization was registered with department of social welfare, Govt of Pakistan in August 2011. In 2008 A community Centre and a library was constructed/built. Later in 2010 a building for the school was constructed.
