Angus Maclennan joined LMS in 2021 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator after graduating from university in 2020. Angus has key responsibilities which include; Working under Millar Kennedy as part of the sales team and supporting with client quotations, reporting to Kirk Anderson on all marketing activities including coordinating the company website and social media pages.

Chris Davidson joined LMS in 2016 and has over 15 years' experience in the lifting industry. After a number of years as Operations Manager, Chris has moved in to a new role as our Business Development Manager and his remit will focus on increasing sales and generating further growth both in the UK and globally. Chris also plays a key role in diversifying into other key industry sectors such as Renewables, Aquaculture, Entertainment and Subsea.

Dean joined LMS in 2021 as a Trainee Technician reporting to Production Manager Kenny Wright. Dean has since been promoted to a Technician role and has key responsibilities which include assisting Sales, Hires, and Repairs and Calibrations.
Fiona joined LMS in 2021 and has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across public, private, and third sectors organisations. Fiona is responsible for financial compliance, accounting and reporting, HR, continuous improvement, people development and organisational expansion.

Gary joined LMS in 2022 as a Technician following his 37-year employment at Stoneywood Papermill as an Instrument Technician. Reporting to Production Manager Kenny Wright, Gary has key responsibilities which include assisting Sales, Hires, Warehouse Operations and Repairs and Calibrations.

Hanna joined LMS in 2022 as our new Business Support Admin. Hanna will play a part in supporting many different areas of the business including sales, finance and operations. Hanna will report to our Finance & HR Director, Fiona Booth.
Hayley Craig joined LMS in 2019 as an Administration Assistant. Hayley has since become our new production Coordinator and has key responsibilities which include; Rental coordinator, freight, Invoicing, supplier purchasing and office administration support in all sectors of the business. Hayley now works closely with our Production Manager Kenny Wright.

Kyle has over 12 years of specialist load cell industry experience and has key responsibilities which include; leading the Sales/Hire & Production team, checking, regulating and ordering sale/hire & production consumables, leading and mentoring the trainee technicians and project planning to meet specific deadlines.

Maris Zirups joined LMS in 2022 and is our Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator. Maris is responsible for handling all goods in/out for LMS, checking and booking in of all off-hire equipment, hire and repair calibrations, and warehouse, workshop & office maintenance.

Mary Hunter joined LMS in 2017 as Administrations Support and progressed to Office Manager. Mary has key responsibilities which include; leadership and development of all administration staff, company finance, accounts, banking and freight logistics. Management of QHSE system and compliance within LMS of policies and procedures.
Neil Rettie joined LMS in 2022 and has years of specialist load cell industry experience. Reporting to Production Manager Kenny Wright, Neil has key responsibilities which include; leading the Sales/Hire & Production team, checking, regulating and ordering sale/hire & production consumables, leading and mentoring the trainee technicians and project planning to meet specific deadlines.
Richard Legge joined LMS in 2016 and has our over 20 years' experience in the specialist load cell industry and as Technical Manager Richard has key responsibilities which include; leadership and development of Technical department staff, continuous development of the LMS product range, product design, research and development of new products, products compliance, technician technical competence and high-level technical support.
Scott McDougall joined LMS in 2017 and has over 8 years of specialist load cell industry experience. Reporting to Production Manager Kenny Wright, Scott has key responsibilities which include; leading the Sales/Hire & Production team, checking, regulating and ordering sale/hire & production consumables, leading and mentoring the trainee technicians and project planning to meet specific deadlines.
