Glenn, the Director of Norfolk Decor Ltd (NDL), embarked on his journey in the painting and decorating industry in 2002, initiating his career as an apprentice at Mark Brister Decorators, where he honed his skills for five years until 2007. Post apprenticeship, he expanded his experience at ACD Essex from 2007 to 2009, working extensively around the M25 corridor and its neighboring areas. His quest for professional growth took him across borders between 2010 and 2013, as he meticulously painted canal boats in France, Belgium, and Holland while collaborating with European Waterways.
