Dawn is from the Midwest, NW Indiana just outside of Chicago, where she enjoyed living downtown in the ‘windy city' before leaving the Midwest permanently. She relocated to Arizona 30 years ago to join her family. She knew instantly it was her forever city.
Prior to entering the Real Estate field, she had a successful sales career marketing cutting edge, disposal services in the healthcare field. Working throughout Metro Phoenix for years she gained great familiarity with most areas of "The Valley".
With more than 10 years experience in real estate, Dawn is a Full-time, dedicated Professional who enjoys working with many types of buyers. She sold New Homes in an Active Adult, 55+ Resort-style Community for close to two years. Her experience in this area provides added insight for buyers who are also interested in exploring building a brand-New Home. She has resources to assist buyers thru all stages of the home buying process, including options for selecting a great loan officer. She has a work ethic second to none.

As a golfer herself, Dawn is knowledgeable about golf course communities throughout many areas. In her spare time, she enjoys golfing the beautiful Arizona golf courses. She also enjoys traveling, cruising, her dog Kasey, movies, dining at new places and heading to the cool pines in Northern Arizona for a summer getaway whenever possible. Jeff Lucas, Designated Broker, has more than 30 years experience in the real estate industry. He began his real estate career in Denver, Colorado, where he was a top-producing agent and co-owner of three RE/MAX offices. Jeff re-located to Phoenix in the early 1990's and, within six years, he was the top-producing agent in the state of Arizona with Realty Executives, number two nationally.
Jeff is a graduate of Trinity College in Connecticut where he majored in English and was editor of the school newspaper. He has two wonderful children (his daughter, Erika, together with her husband, Randy, have been his business partners for more than 20 years!) and three grandchildren. Jeff lives locally with his wife, Marti, who is an interior designer.
Kathy grew up in Danbury, CT and moved to Arizona in 1988 to attend ASU. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication with a minor in Marketing, she worked in Sales and Marketing for a Pharmaceutical company where she met her husband Jeff. She started her Real Estate career in 2006 when she joined Lucas Real Estate.
With over 10 years of experience in real estate, Kathy mostly focuses on helping buyers find their forever home. She has the ability to determine buyer's needs, help them thru the process of obtaining financing with a great loan officer, show properties throughout the valley and manage the escrow process to successfully close on time.
She has lived in many cities and has expertise in Glendale, Peoria, Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Ahwatukee and Mesa. She enjoys working with first time home buyers, investors, families and buyers relocating to the Valley. Regardless of your price point, she has excellent customer service skills and a go to attitude! She is also capable of listing your home. During her spare time, she is busy with her three daughters- Tatum, Skylar, and Riley. Tatum is wrapping up her last year at ASU. Skylar will be attending Fort Lewis College this Fall on a soccer scholarship. Riley will be attending Corona Del Sol High School next school year. When not selling homes, Kathy can be found on the soccer field, attending PTO meetings and walking her two Yellow Lab Dogs - Corona and Tucker.
