Elijah is a qualified real estate professional (MISK.REA.BLE) and lawyer (ADV.LLB) with over 10 years of experience in managing Industrial and commercial real estate. Having pioneered Grade- A warehouse facilities and property management in East Africa, his department seeks to extend these services to similar developments. Before joining ALP, he was a Senior Property Manager at Knight Frank managing a Grade A- Commercial office portfolio, hosting companies in the Oil and Gas sector, Logistics business, NGOs, Tech companies, Government institutions and others. Elijah has good people skills, a strategic decision maker, a visionary leader and adaptable to change. He is currently studying a Master of Laws at the University of Nairobi specializing in Environmental and Natural Resources Law.
Experienced Finance Manager with a demonstrated history of working in Kenya and South Sudan covering mobile telecommunications, Sustainable Forestry Management, and Real Estate Sectors. Skilled in Financial Management, Financial Strategy, Compliance, Cash Flow, Budgeting, Business Planning, Internal Audit, and Analytical Skills. Strong finance professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) focused in Finance from KCA University and a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. Currently, he is the Finance Manager at Africa Logistics Properties.
