Alfred "Chip" Sloan, is an attorney licensed in the State of California. Over his 20 year career, he has worked at some of the country's top law firms and agencies in both New York and Los Angeles. Most recently, Chip co-founded a new private equity firm - Acceleration Equity, operated as Counsel at Scale LLP, Pryor Cashman LLP and as a shareholder at LeClair Ryan LLP. Chip began his career at the Beverly Hills Sports Council in Los Angeles. Chip's unique and diverse background as a sports agent, entertainment lawyer, counsel and advisor to elite hedge and venture funds, and general counsel to various corporations, gives him an unique range of experience. David J. Glass is your high-stakes family law litigator. He is one of a few, select attorneys who is dually-trained in Law and Clinical Psychology (PhD), and who concentrates on divorce, child custody litigation, and complex asset division. Dina Randazzo is an experienced business litigator representing individual and corporate clients in complex business disputes including unfair competition, employment, contracts, intellectual property, and environmental issues. Dina has represented individuals and small and large corporate clients in complex litigation matters, counseled clients on employment issues, counseled clients on investigation and remediation of environmental conditions, and spent significant time strategically litigating disputes to settlement to avoid the high costs of litigation.

Erin Grey has more than 20 years of legal experience handling a full array of family law issues. JENNIFER KRIKORIAN is an Of Counsel attorney in the Family Law Department, and is resident in our Los Angeles Office. Jennifer Krikorian has extensive trial and litigation experience, including jury trials, pre-trial hearings, arbitrations hearings, and settlement negotiations.
Jesse also serves as outside general counsel for numerous corporate clients across various industries, including real estate, entertainment and media, construction, and food and beverage. Jesse provides companies with day-to-day counseling on a broad range of transactional and governance matters and dedicates much of his practice to helping his clients avoid litigation.
Jinna Kang is licensed to practice law in California, D.C., and Texas, and is a California Certified Family Law Specialist, having dedicated the last 11 years of her practice to family law matters. Jinna Kang is one of only two board certified Family Law Specialists in California with Korean language fluency. She is also the first (and at present, the only) Korean speaking fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers. Ms. Kang truly cares about her clients, and cares about their quality of life not only during but also after their cases. She will not litigate for the sake of litigating, but rather will listen to each client's needs and determine the most efficient and effective course of action, whether that be litigation, formal mediation, or out-of-court settlement.

She has volunteered pro bono services with the Public Law Center and the Legal Aid Society. Ms. Shelby also serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Elder Law and Disability Rights Center in Orange County.

Mr. Abrams' flourishing family law practice is dedicated to achieving excellent results through trial, negotiation and/or mediation, in whatever combination is most effective for the client's goals.
He has extensive knowledge of financial institutions and small businesses from his prior work as founder and director of a regional bank. This gives Mr. Abrams, who has practiced law for 50 years, the ability to understand clients with complicated financial issues. An experienced martial arts student of more than 40 years, he applies his martial arts focus to both his life and his law practice.
Ned Gelhaar has advised clients and litigated cases for nearly 30 years in matters relating to employee mobility, commercial disputes, intellectual property, corporate and partnership disputes, insurance coverage, and appeals and writs. He has taught trial skills to lawyers and law students as a faculty member with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA) and as an adjunct professor at the University of California at Davis School of Law. Nikki Hart Caldeira is an Of Counsel attorney in the Family Law Department, and is resident in our Los Angeles Office. Prior to expanding her practice to include Family Law, Nikki held various senior positions in the sports and entertainment industry over a 20-year span, including Senior Vice President of Strategic Development at LiveXLive Media and Vice President Business & Legal Affairs at AXS Group, LLC, AEG's wholly-owned ticketing company that services music and live sports venues worldwide. Prior to that, she was part of Speedo North America's strategic leadership team through the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and worked for the NFL as Associate Counsel, where she focused on intellectual property, sponsorship, marketing, licensing and player development for the League and all 32 clubs. Her diverse legal background is complemented with a Master in Social Work, experience as an Adjunct Professor at Loyola Law School and a love for creative writing. Prior to receiving her J.D., Nikki worked with adolescent foster care children and as a teacher and coach at an independent K-12 school in New York City.
Robert A. Rabbat is a business attorney, counseling his clients in both their disputes and transactions. Scott D. Mayer is a partner who specializes in real estate transactions and litigation. He is an accomplished 30-plus year national commercial real estate attorney and executive who has worked for both private industry and government agencies. Scott's practice focuses on transactions and litigation involving real property acquisitions and dispositions, commercial lease negotiations, real estate development, secured real property loan transactions, and public/private real estate partnerships.

Teri Pham is a Partner with the firm specializing in commercial transactions and complex civil litigation, including business litigation, employment litigation, intellectual property litigation, entertainment litigation, bankruptcy litigation and real estate disputes. Teri handles all aspects of litigation from pre-dispute resolution, to mediation, arbitration, trial and appeals.
Teri is a past President and founding member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Los Angeles County, and presently serves on its Advisory Board. She is also a past President of the statewide Asian/Pacific Bar of California. She has served on the Los Angeles County Bench and Bar Committee and the California State Bar Committee on Administration of Justice, which reviews, comments upon, and proposes changes to rules and legislation governing civil procedure in the State of California. She is also a past member of the Board of Governors of the National Conference of Vietnamese American Attorneys, and served as Co-Chair of the organization's annual conference in Las Vegas in 2013.
