Ashok has during his career, rendered multi-disciplinary services, including legal and regulatory services to various telecom and electronic media companies. He is an expert on Corporate Laws, Joint Venture, Inbound investment into and Outbound investment from India, etc., and has extensive relationships with Government agencies.

Jayant is a Chartered Accountant and a grad Cost and Works Accountant with over 16 years of work experience, including working out of London and CIS countries. Jayant has during his career, worked with Arthur Andersen, Hughes and Fidelity International, prior to setting up this venture. He has experience across Financial Services, Oil & Gas and Telecom sectors. He has in-depth knowledge in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, Tax & Regulatory and Risk Management.
