Christina began her recruitment career shortly after completing her degree in 2005. After building experience in Health and Social Care, she moved to London and joined an international think tank and advisory services company in London focussed on mainstreaming sustainability into organisational thinking and practice. Inspired by this work, she undertook extensive volunteering and travel across Asia Pacific and decided to combine her recruitment and charity experience and has since spent 12 years in the for-purpose sector working with and recruiting for NGO's.
