Hi! I am an experienced capacity builder with over a decade worth of experience in training, large scale program implementation, sales support, DEI consulting for individuals, groups and entities (both nonprofit and for profit). I am diligent and passionate in bringing equity and inclusion to the forefront of my work and into my community.
I also have experience in communications, fundraising, event planning, strategic planning and assessment. I am a former teacher and have worked in both business and nonprofit sectors. These unique experiences are an asset to the work I do on a daily basis for clients. I think at a high level, understanding that each role within an organization or partnership impacts the other and that all must be considered to have the best collective impact. I have a keen ability to see connections to work and processes to improve impact and outcomes.
