CHINA CONNECT

China Connect is a boutique Coaching & Advisory service for Business Owners, Innovators & Product Designers focused mainly (but not exclusively) in the China Manufacturing Arena. Founder Dennis Butters is fluent in both spoken & written Mandarin Chinese having lived in Taiwan and China for over a decade... Our head office was still having challenges communicating with the Chinese factories. In a discussion with the Head of Design, it appeared obvious to me what they needed... Well, long story short, having me in China working directly with the factories proved too valuable for the company and three months turned into four years. Within 3 months of being based in China and after a lot of blood, sweat and tears we managed to turn things around completely until those quality issues were thankfully a thing of the past.
