CYAN IT - Key Persons


BABETTE HOLZ

As a business owner, Babette has many years of experience, particularly in human resource management and financial accounting. She is responsible for all processes that are not related to software development and is our ‘brain' in all tax and labor law related matters.

ISABELLE EICHBERGER

Isabelle has been working in international teams in the IT area since 2006 and has been a Senior Software Developer in the Cyan IT team since the beginning of 2019. Over the years, her areas of activity have moved from quality assurance, agile software development to project management. A diverse range of tasks is not only important to her as an ISTQB Certified Tester and Certified Scrum Master. In software development, she specializes in C # with WPF and works with Angular and Typescript in the area of web development. To get a good Work-Life Balance, she powers herself with her SUP on the local Ilz. On long-distance trips or city trips, she gets culinary suggestions that have an impact on the lunch menu every now and then and often get envious glances.

MARGIT RÖSSLER

Job Titles:
  • Assistant
As a team assistant, Margit has been supporting the management team since mid-2019. She is responsible for performing commercial and organizational tasks. She is happy to be the contact person for customers and colleagues. Margit also deals with software outside of her job - she uses it to plan her vacation trips, which primarily lead to New York, where an aunt's home serves as a base camp for extensive shopping tours and also for cultural explorations.

MARKUS BENZ

Markus has been working as a developer in the IT industry since 2004, in small and large international companies such as Hewlett-Packard. With a real ‘soft-spot' for web development, Markus has worked with many programming languages and technologies and specializes in AngularJS and C#. Furthermore, Markus is not the youngest, but the newest member of Cyan IT GmbH. As a certified Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer: Web Applications, he focuses on the development of web applications based on AngularJS and ASP.NET. To keep himself ahead of times, Markus is always looking out for new techniques, tools and libraries to improve existing applications. Privately he always likes to take his daughter with him for sports and can't wait until she is old enough to play computer games with him.

MATTHIAS VITZTHUM

From 2016 to 2019 Matthias was the first trainee to complete his apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development and to be one of the best in Lower Bavaria. He has been working as a software developer in our customer projects since July 2019, working primarily with .NET Core and Angular. Matthias has been training as a software developer since the Autumn of 2016. In this short period he has already worked with the basics of C#, HTML and Javascript. With his new knowledge, he is now developing his first small internal applications that support us in our project organization. In the medium-term, Matthias will, of course, also support us in our customer projects.

MICHAEL HAMMEL

Michael has been an IT specialist in application development since 2018 and has been part of our team since then as a software developer. As a certified Microsoft Specialist, he develops web-based projects based on ASP.NET MVC. He works with technologies such as C #, JavaScript, SQL as well as HTML and CSS. In his free time, he loves to play squash and occasionally tries the waters in his area to catch a fish or two.

PHILIPP FEIGL

Philipp has over 20 years of experience in all phases of development in small and large software projects. After many years of software development, software architecture and team management in well-known companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Philipp was the CIO in charge of the hardware and software environment of an international medium-sized company in the region. Philipp has been part of Cyan IT GmbH since the beginning of 2016 and joined the management in 2019. As far as the family allows, and the home automation runs perfectly, Philipp can often be found privately on the volleyball court, or he is on the slopes with his snowboard under his feet. Philipp has more than 15 years of experience in small and large projects. He gained this experience by working in small and large international teams for companies like Hewlett-Packard - and not only in the development, but also in the planning and implementation as a certified SCRUM master and true team player. As a Solution Architect, he has proven his leadership skills , as well as his accountability for working with larger virtual server landscapes. Privately, Philipp is a real sports ‘nut' for whom the snowboard season can't start early enough. In his spare time, he enjoys toying around with the automation of his house for hours on end.

RENÉ HERZOG

Job Titles:
  • Programmer
After apprenticeship as an IT system electronics technician, René has worked as a programmer since 2006. He developed and planned several programs in the financial field. He gained experience in various programming languages under Linux and Windows. He joined our team as a Senior Software Developer in early 2019. His current focus is on a customer project in web development with ASP.NET. After he finished his work day, René is happy about his small zoo in the garden. As a SciFi fan from the very beginning, he prefers to spend his vacation at large and small conventions.

STEFAN SCHMID

Stefan has been an integral part of our team since 2014, when he finished his training as an IT specialist. As a certified Microsoft Professional for C# as well as HTML5, Javascript and CSS3, he is responsible for both development and quality assurance. He is also our specialist for Continuous Integration Environments. Privately, Stefan is running as many mods as humanly possible in his The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim installation.

VOLKER HOLZ

Volker began supervising and taking responsibility for commercial web projects in 1995, during his college years. After working on the development of various projects until the early 2000s, he shifted his focus to project management. As a managing consultant he advised several DAX companies on the implementation of important IT projects. In 2011, Volker founded Cyan IT GmbH to return to the core of software development. Besides the importance of modern basic technologies, he is especially concerned with the subject of security and user experience. When he is not developing software, Volker subjects his family to new fancy gadgets that never work exactly as expected and eventually need to be replaced with different ones.
