KATHLEEN MORASKA FERRI ATTORNEY AT LAW

Attorney Kathleen Moraska Ferri entered private practice in 1993 and has worked primarily in the areas of family, probate and collection law, serving as litigator, mediator and guardian ad litem. She has represented individuals in divorce, child custody, alimony, visitation, abuse and neglect, division of property, child support and adoption cases, and has argued before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and SC Supreme Court... Kathleen has also represented numerous individuals in Probate Court, in both the Therapeutic Determination Division and the Estate Division. She has drafted hundreds of estate planning documents and probated many estates, including the successful resolution of complex heirs' property matters involving numerous intestate estates. Since 2008, Kathleen has also practiced collection law, representing a large national credit union as outside counsel.
