Leticia is a sustaining member of the Association of Workplace Investigators ("AWI"), the first association of its kind to set standards and best practices for workplace investigations. Leticia Fehn has over a decade of experience as a human resources professional and advisor. As a quality-driven, energetic and bilingual business partner, Leticia is skilled at dispute resolution and mediation, conducting workplace investigations, building people organizations, strategic workforce planning, HR data analytics, coaching and developing all leadership levels, and mentoring and training early-career HR professionals. Leticia has worked directly in advising Fortune 500 executive teams and served as a human resources representative on several organizational leadership and diversity boards.
