Dave Erickson - Founder, President

Dave has over 30 years of residential home building and development experience, primarily as a dominant regional builder in Southwest Georgia. During his career, he was frequently recognized as one of the fastest growing and largest builders in the United States as ranked by Builder Magazine and Professional Builder Magazine. Dave is an active board member and past president of the Greater Columbus Home Builder Association and currently serves as a board member for the National Association of Home Builders. Dave served as a U.S. Army officer on active duty for 12 years. Primarily assigned to the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit as a shooter/instructor, he was recognized as a champion rifle shooter in several disciplines at the national and international level. Dave currently resides in Columbus, Georgia with his wife Rose Anne, an accomplished realtor/broker in the Columbus market. He is an avid outdoorsman with extensive experience in fly fishing and hunting across the United States. Dave has partnered with St. Jude Children's Hospital and St. Jude's Dream Home through the construction and raffling of 10 homes, raising over 6 million dollars for treating and curing childhood cancer.

Greg Grooms

Greg has over 20 years of residential home building experience including leadership for a Top 5 Builder. His extensive experience includes managing divisions building over 700 homes a year. Greg champions process and organizational efficiencies at both a builder and a corporate level. Greg served in the U.S. Army and holds a degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida. Greg currently resides in Hendersonville, North Carolina with his wife Patricia, and their two boys, Logan and Gage. In limited free time, Greg loves fly fishing and deer hunting with his family in the mountains of Western Carolina. Additionally, Greg has a passion to helping others through his church and beyond. In 2008, he and his wife moved to Afghanistan for 6 months to help assist a non-profit organization build a maternity hospital for the locals of Kabul. He has traveled to different parts of the world seeking to make an impact on others where possible.
