With this information, she has been successful, through her international connections, in locating suitably qualified Nigerians for many national as well as multinational companies. She has worked primarily in the banking sector in Nigeria. She is a certified on-line facilitator accredited by the University of Wolverhampton U.K. and has a levels A & B (Intermediate) Certification in Occupational Testing (SHL Certified). She is also a certified member of the Recruitment & Employment Confederation U.K. Ete's passion is to motivate, mentor and train people to reach their true potential. Managing Director of HR Indexx Limited, accounting graduate from the University of Central Lancashire, United Kingdom and a fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. As a qualified auditor, she conducted various audits, provided financial and business advisory services to several companies in the oil and gas, manufacturing, telecoms, agricultural, pharmaceutical and textile sectors. She also has over 25years of work experience in the banking sector, and one of her key tasks as an executive director- Operations was to handle the Customer Service and Business re- engineering.
