The adage of wearing many hats is the perfect label to adorn Fiona's reputation, as she oversees the structure and strategy of IBN through yet another innovative period.
She is renowned for her professional triumphs, including 30 stellar years within banking and finance - almost 20 of those in the broker market. In 2004, Fiona and her husband Scott founded IBN Private: Alternative Funding Solutions on the Sunshine Coast, which reached exponential growth credited to their innovation and corporate strategies.
Fiona juggles her professional schedule with her family life, as wife to Scott and mother to ten-year-old Samuel (her most prized role) and the family fur-babies. In her spare time, Fiona is a budding artist who has an addiction to books, drinking tea and watching movies that probably have Meryl Streep in them (think "The Devil Wears Prada", "Mamma Mia" or "It's Complicated").
Paul comes to IBN with almost 40 years in finance industry which includes 20 years specialising in Property/Construction lending arena with a Major Bank Lender. These roles have proved Paul with a broad depth of experience covering all facets of commercial property lending including; structuring and analysis of construction, investment and mezzanine financing.

Meet Scott Roberts… Scott is our leading man who is renowned in the finance industry as one of its most knowledgeable and innovative operators. With 35 years of experience under his belt, Scott is insightful and resourceful, helping people achieve their dreams with his unique problem-solving abilities.
Scott is respected by developers, accountants, funders, aggregators, brokers and industry stakeholders alike. He has become an esteemed point of reference and developed a reputation as the ‘problem-solver'. In his past life Scott worked with one of the ‘Big 4' banks for 16 years and was a state manager of one of Australia's major aggregators.
In his spare time Scott loves Golf (but doesn't play enough - hit him up for a round!), the Brisbane Broncos (well MOST of the time), and his family. His favourite movies are; The Matrix Trilogy, The Big Short and Dodgeball.
