Jerry Sanchez is a commercial real estate syndicator and investor targeting assets in the Greenville, South Carolina and Piedmont Triad areas. He lives in New Jersey and will also invest in other Southeast and NJ/NY/PA markets as opportunities arise. Jerry is a Limited Partner and General Partner on properties in New Jersey, South Carolina and Florida. Jerry also hosts the popular Carolina Multifamily Connection meetup and is a co-host of the 3,000+ member Multifamily Live meetup. He is a staunch believer in the power of the network and promoting an asset class that historically has only been available to a very small percentage of the population.
