Bridget Macaskill has been a Director at JLL since 2016.
Until July 2019, Ms. Macaskill was the Non-Executive Chairman and, prior to that, the President and Chief Executive Officer of First Eagle Holdings, Inc., which she joined in 2009.
Prior to joining First Eagle, Ms. Macaskill served as Chief Operating Officer, President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Oppenheimer Funds, Inc., where she is recognized for creating the Oppenheimer Funds' Women & Investing program, dedicated to educating American women about the need to take charge of their personal finances.
Ms. Macaskill has served on a number of public company and not-for-profit boards. She is currently on the boards of Jupiter Fund Management plc., merchant banking firm Close Brothers plc. and Cambridge Associates LLC.
A native of the United Kingdom, Ms. Macaskill earned a B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh and completed post-graduate studies at the Edinburgh College of Commerce.

Christian Ulbrich is Chief Executive Officer and President of JLL, a leading global real estate services and investment management company.
Christian became Chief Executive Officer in October 2016, and has been a member of the company's Board of Directors since May 2016 when he was elected President.
Christian leads JLL's strategic direction and global operations, ensuring the company's continued growth in the dynamic and evolving international real estate market. Christian spearheads a strategy to create success for clients, colleagues, and shareholders by leveraging sustainable, market-leading technology solutions to shape the future of real estate for a better world.
Previously, Christian served as Chief Executive Officer for JLL in Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) beginning January 2009. From April 2005 through December 2008, he was the Managing Director of JLL's German business and a member of the EMEA regional board.
Prior to joining JLL, Christian spent seven years as Chief Executive Officer of the Hamburg-based HIH Group, the leading provider of real estate investment management services in Germany. Christian began his career in banking, initially holding roles at national and international banks in Germany before reaching the position of CEO at a German regional bank.
Christian is a passionate advocate for the responsibility of companies to lead and take action to create a sustainable, diverse, and inclusive global future. He is a member of the World Economic Forum's International Business Council, Alliance of CEO Climate Leaders and Vanguard Board for the Partnership Against Corruption Initiative.
Christian holds a senior degree in Business Administration from the University of Hamburg, Germany, and completed the Stanford University GSB program. He lives near Frankfurt, Germany.

Cynthia is responsible for helping clients create, shape, and manage the future of work - consistently bringing the best of JLL to clients in a strategic and comprehensive way.
Cynthia joined JLL in 2019 after more than two decades at GE, where she served in various global leadership roles in product, portfolio and business management and marketing, which included leading product management and marketing of hardware, software, digital and contractual offerings for diverse businesses within GE Aviation and Power. She has deep expertise in all commercial and operational elements of long-term service businesses. Most recently, she led the Contractual Services Business for GE Gas Power, where she managed the expansion and adaptation of product offerings to reflect changing client needs while transforming the global operating model to drive consistency across the regions.
Cynthia is a passionate developer of talent and previously led the Accelerated Executive Development program for GE Power. She is devoted to developing diverse talent in commercial and revenue generating roles.

Deborah (Debbie) McAneny was named a Director in 2019.
Ms. McAneny held various roles at John Hancock Financial Services over 20 years, including most recently as Executive Vice President for Structured and Alternative Investments. Following that, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Benchmark Assisted Living, LLC from 2006 to 2009.
Ms. McAneny served on the Board of Directors of HFF, the leading capital markets advisor recently acquired by JLL, and currently holds board seats at KKR Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc., THL Credit Advisors LLC, RREEF Property Trust, Inc., and RREEF America REIT II.
Ms. McAneny holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Vermont and a Masters Professional Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors.
Efrain Rivera was named a Director of JLL in October 2021.
Mr. Rivera has extensive global experience in finance and operations. He served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Advisor to the CEO of Paychex, Inc. , a leading provider of integrated human capital management solutions. Prior to joining Paychex, Mr. Rivera held senior management positions, including Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, at global eye health company Bausch & Lomb, and in higher education administration.
In addition to serving on JLL's Board of Directors, Mr. Rivera serves on the board of directors of Franklin Covey (NYSE:FC), a global performance improvement company. Mr. Rivera is a Senior Advisor with the EQT partners, a leading global investment firm.
Mr. Rivera holds a Doctor of Management degree from Case Western Reserve University, an MBA from the University of Rochester and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University. He is a certified management accountant (CMA).

George is a Senior Digital Executive at JLL holding the position of Chief Information Officer, and Head of Technology, Data & Information Management. Based in Singapore, he is responsible for the development and implementation of JLL's technology, data and information management strategy that is integral to the firm's digital transformation charter.
George began his professional career at General Electric in the US, serving as a data and systems analyst in the six-sigma team that supported GE's consumer products line of business.
The next phase of his career took him to Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation where he held key domestic and international executive positons for over 12 years, serving as their Chief Data Officer, Global Head of Customer Intelligence, Head of Global Analytics and Head of Product Management across major capitals like Hong Kong, California and New York.
George has also been a key executive leading the vision, design and development of Global Centres of Expertise capabilities in technology, data management, data science and analytics. With over 15 years of international experience under his belt, George's expertise in technology, data management, data science and analytics has helped revolutionize JLL's digital impact within the region and beyond.
George earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kerala University, India, and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering - Operations Research from the University of Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
Technology aside, George's other big passion is tennis, which he first picked up when he was 6 years old. He turned pro at 16, and continued playing professionally for the next several years before higher education got the better of him. He continues to squeeze in a game at least once a week.

Greg serves as a strategic finance partner to JLL business leaders in the Americas region and to leaders in the global Capital Markets and Finance teams.
Greg is a highly skilled financial executive with progressive experience in all facets of executive leadership. In his roles, Greg helps drive strategic commercial growth, margin expansion and transformation activities.
Greg joined JLL in July 2019 through the acquisition of HFF, Inc., where he served as HFF's Executive Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer since October 2006. Greg played a key role in HFF's initial public offering in January 2007 and held responsibility for all areas of financial accounting and reporting for HFF and its 26 offices in the United States and United Kingdom. He served as a member of HFF's executive committee starting in 2010 and was a member of its operating committee from 2006 to 2010. Prior to joining HFF, Greg was an executive vice president and CFO with Precise Technology, Inc. and its successor, Rexam Consumer Plastics, Inc. He also held senior-level positions with national consulting firms and began his career with Ernst & Young in the audit division.

Hugo Bagué has been a Director of JLL since 2011.
Mr. Bagué was Group Executive for Rio Tinto Organisational Resources from 2007 to 2017, taking overall responsibility for everything from external affairs to information systems and technology. Rio Tinto Plc is an international mining and metals group headquartered in the U.K.
He previously worked at Hewlett Packard Corporation as global vice president of Human Resources for the Technology Solutions Group. He also worked for Compaq Computer, Nortel Networks and Abbott Laboratories.
Mr. Bagué earned a degree in linguistics and post-graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Marketing from the University of Ghent in Belgium.

Jeetu Patel was named a Director in 2019.
Mr. Patel is Cisco's Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer. Previously, Mr. Patel was Cisco's Executive Vice President and General Manager of Security and Collaboration where he led the strategy and development for these businesses and held P&L responsibility for the multibillion-dollar portfolio.
Prior to joining Cisco in 2020, Mr. Patel was the Chief Product Officer and Chief Strategy Officer at Box, an enterprise cloud content management platform. He oversaw the company's product and platform strategy, setting the company's long-term roadmap and vision for cloud content management in the enterprise. His other past roles include General Manager and Chief Executive of the Syncplicity business unit of EMC (now part of Dell) and Founder and President of Doculabs, a research and advisory firm focused on collaboration and content management.
In addition to serving on JLL's Board of Directors, Mr. Patel serves on the board of directors of Equinix, a global data center and colocation provider for enterprise network and cloud computing.

Karen is responsible for maintaining the company's financial strength.
Karen joined LaSalle's Baltimore office in 1999 in Acquisitions and moved to Chicago in 2001 to take on Asset and Portfolio Management responsibilities. From 2008 to 2012, she relocated to the firm's Singapore and Hong Kong offices where she held the role of Portfolio Manager, ex-Japan, for LaSalle's Asia Opportunity Funds, and played a critical role in the re-structuring and stabilization of the region's business following the Global Financial Crisis.

Larry Quinlan was named a Director of JLL in May 2022 and Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee in December 2023.
As Global Chief Information Officer for Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan had responsibility for the company's technology strategy and operations and oversaw more than 10,000 information technology professionals in 175 countries. In his more than 33 years at Deloitte, Mr. Quinlan led major client relationships and advised company boards and CEOs on a wide range of IT, cybersecurity and digital strategic priorities.
Currently, Mr. Quinlan serves on the board of ServiceNow. He also is a member of the non-profit boards of KIPP Charter Schools Miami and Easterseals South Florida and co-founded TechPACT, an organization focused on inclusion and equity in the technology industry. He is a frequent speaker on the topics of leadership, information technology transformation and diversity, equity and inclusion.

Matthew Carter was appointed a Director of JLL in November 2018 and currently serves as the Chair of JLL's Nominating, Governance & Sustainability Committee.
Mr. Carter is the CEO of Intrado, a global leader in emergency communications services. With over 25 years of senior leadership experience in enterprise networking, cloud, and digital technologies, he previously served as CEO of Aryaka Networks, Inc., a Silicon Valley-based, venture-backed SaaS network and security platform company, supporting global enterprises in accelerating their digital transformation to the cloud.
Prior to Aryaka, Mr. Carter was the President and CEO of Inteliquent, Inc., a publicly traded company where he successfully led the organization's turnaround, positioning it as a key player in emerging sectors. Earlier in his career, he held several leadership roles at Sprint Corporation, including President of Sprint's Enterprise Solutions division, a $14 billion global communications technology business unit.
He serves on the boards of NRG Energy, Inc and USG Corporation, and previously served on the boards of Inteliquent, Inc. and Apollo Education Group, Inc.
Mr. Carter holds a master's degree in general management from Harvard Business School and a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.

Moses Ojeisekhoba was named a Director to JLL in December 2022.
Mr. Ojeisekhoba is the President of Resolution Life, a global life insurance group with a focus on the acquisition and management of portfolios of life insurance policies. In this role, Mr. Ojeisekhoba is responsible for the commercial, market-facing division of Resolution Life. Mr. Ojeisekhoba has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the financial services industry.
Prior to joining Resolution Life in October 2024, Mr. Ojeisekhoba served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global Clients and Solutions for Swiss Re, and previously was responsible for Swiss Re's Reinsurance Business Unit, covering both property and casualty as well as life and health. He oversaw Swiss Re's business across Asia Pacific as Regional President before that and was a member of its Group Executive Committee for over twelve years. Mr. Ojeisekhoba also previously worked for Chubb Insurance Company and Prudential Insurance Company in various capacities.
He is a frequent speaker on the topics of leadership, risk knowledge, cyber security, geopolitical trends and diversity.

Siddharth (Bobby) Mehta was named a Director of JLL in 2019 and Chairman of the Board in June 2020.
Mr. Mehta was President and CEO of TransUnion, a global provider of credit and information management services, from 2007 through 2012. Prior to that, he held various roles at multinational banking and financial services company HSBC, including CEO of HSBC North America Holdings and CEO of HSBC Finance Corporation.
He serves on the boards of The Allstate Corporation, Northern Trust, TransUnion, Entrust Datacard Corporation and Amount. He is also a member of the non-profit boards of the Field Museum and the Chicago Public Education Fund.

Susan Gore was named a Director of JLL in 2024.
Ms. Gore held various leadership roles at PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) during her 33-year tenure with the firm. Most recently, she was the Managing Partner of PwC's Global Technology and Information Security organization. Prior to that, she served as PwC's Global Assurance Chief Operations Officer and as the U.S. Assurance Transformation Leader. Ms. Gore also was an Assurance partner providing professional accounting services to clients ranging from high-growth startups to large multi-nationals.
From 2001 to 2006, Ms. Gore was the Chief Financial Officer of a late-stage venture backed software company and a Portfolio Advisor for a Silicon Valley Venture Capital firm.
Ms. Gore has considerable experience advising boards of directors and board committees, providing valuable insights and guidance on audit effectiveness and efficiencies.
Ms. Gore holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas Christian University and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Tina Ju was named a Director of JLL in May 2021.
Ms. Ju has more than 30 years of experience in venture capital, investment banking and operations. She co-founded VTDF China in 2000 and KPCB China in 2007. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ju spent 10 years in investment banking including at Deutsche Bank as head of TMT and Transport Asia, at Merrill Lynch as head of Asia Technology and the Corporate Finance Team, and at Goldman Sachs.
Currently, Ms. Ju serves on the boards of various private companies and the public fintech company, Yiren Digital Ltd., which provides Chinese consumers with both credit and wealth management solutions. She is also a member of the Global Leadership Council for Oxford Saïd Business School.
Ms. Ju earned a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and operations research from University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
