Born in 1981 in Van, Dr. Dent. Kıvanç Türkoğlu completed his primary education at Özel Antalya Koleji and his secondary education at Antalya Anatolian High School. He graduated from Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry with a master's degree.
In 2004, he began his specialization training at Ankara University Department of Oral, Dental, and Jaw Surgery and Diseases.
In 2010, he completed his thesis on "Soft Tissue Changes After Orthognathic Surgery" and obtained the title of "Oral, Dental, and Jaw Surgery Specialist."
During 2010-2011, he worked at Özel Dentistanbul Oral and Dental Health Center and Medikal Park Hospital.
In 2011-2012, he served in the Erzurum Mareşal Çakmak Military Hospital as part of his military service.
Between 2012 and 2019, he worked as an Oral, Dental, and Jaw Surgery Specialist at the private Denteuropa Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.
In 2020, he, along with Dr. Dent. Gürcan Çetin, founded Klinik 29 Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.
Dr. Dent. Kıvanç Türkoğlu is married to orthodontist Dr. Pınar Türkoğlu and is the father of two angels named Lina and Alisa Türkoğlu.

Dr. Pınar Türkoğlu was born in Mersin in 1983. She completed her primary education at Mehmet Fatih Deveci Primary School and her secondary education at Mersin Yusuf Kalkavan Anatolian High School.
She completed her master's degree at Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry. After graduating from Ankara University Faculty of Dentistry in 2006, she started her doctorate at the Department of Orthodontics at the same faculty in the same year.
In 2011, Dr. Türkoğlu completed her specialization. She is one of the founding partners of Klinik 29 Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic, where she provides services along with her husband, Oral and Jaw Surgery Specialist Dr. Kıvanç Türkoğlu.
She is the mother of Alisa and Lina.
