LSI Marine Construction LLC is a family-run business that has been building waterfront structures on the Outer Banks of North Carolina since 2015. Owner Scott Small has worked in coastal construction since 1994 offering timber and vinyl bulkheads, retaining walls, custom docks, mooring pilings, new boat lift installs (and maintenance), dune walkovers, boardwalks, and recently ocean front pier restoration. Scott is a Licensed General Contractor in the state of North Carolina and specializes in storm resilient marine structures. LSI is continuously broadening our expertise and adding new equipment to stay ahead of industry standards... LSI stands for longevity, strength, and integrity in everything that we do. In recent years we have restored and repaired Kitty Hawk and Nags Head Fishing Piers and worked with town authorities on two major marshland / wetland walkways. In addition, we have completed many high-quality residential projects ranging from retaining walls to our first 8-piling..
