He worked for his dad, Gerry Golden, in the Construction Industry for years learning just what it takes to make it in the construction industry, then went on to work for several large construction companies perfecting his construction skills until he decided he wanted to do more for his family while being an integral part of his community. He named MacMor Construction in honor of his daughters Mackenzie and Morgan and his father joined him with a switch of roles.
