Marvin B. Adviento is the principal attorney of MBA|LEGAL. Mr. Adviento has been a licensed attorney since 2005. Mr. Adviento began his career as a prosecutor with the San Bernardino County District Attorney's Office, prosecuting driving under the influence and domestic violence cases. After three years, over twenty jury trials and over forty bench trials, Mr. Adviento transitioned into civil litigation. In his practice with several firms, Mr. Adviento handled cases from inception, through discovery, trial and in some cases, appeals.
Mr. Adviento is a First Lieutenant with the California State Guard, as a judge advocate in the Legal Support Command. As such, he provides legal advice to service members and their families pre- and post-deployment, and has represented them in eviction proceedings in civil court.
