Roger has 12 years of work experience within the banking industry in Auckland, New Zealand, and been a front-line Relationship banker providing service to a diverse range of customers. His current goal in the insurance industry is to drive premiums down through better management of the entire insurance process including personalized support, underwriting, and benefit maximization. He will monitor the implementation & review these strategies and actions on a regular basis.
