M&M Health Services and support includes the bio-physcho-social approach to assessment and service planning. This approach looks at each person's unique physical, psychological and social needs and strengths in order to help define short and long term goals and objectives. Physical needs are addressed through a focus on the maintenance of basic health (i.e., sleep patterns, nutrition, exercise, personal hygiene) and facilitating access to community resources i.e. healthcare providers, psychological services incorporating awareness of developmental issues, educational interventions that increase social and independent living skills. M&M Health Services, have professionals and paraprofessionals with many years of experience and expertise in providing therapeutic services to individuals with intellectual and other pervasive disabilities.
