ONCK WEST

Onck West is a multigenerational graphic design studio based in Berlin and founded by Lizzy Onck-Lizzy studied philosophy at the University of Amsterdam and visual communication at the Weißensee Academy of Art and the University of the Arts (UdK), both in Berlin. Before founding Onck West, she worked at Wkshps in New York and Fons Hickmann m23 in Berlin. She has also worked independently for various international clients- and Wim Westerveld-Wim studied graphic design at ArtEZ University of the Arts (NL). He has worked for major design agencies such as BRS Premsela Vonk and Total Design (both in Amsterdam). He co-founded the design studios De blik and Fernkopie, and was a partner at Neon. Wim has taught at the HKU University of the Arts Utrecht and is currently Professor of Typography at the Weißensee Academy of Art in Berlin.
