Benjamin A. Stolz

Benjamin Stolz is a Partner in the Dallas office of Perliski Law Group, where he represents clients in both noncontentious and contentious matters. His transaction and administrative law practice centers on the formation and restructuring of commercial entities, including corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies, as well as the acquisition, financing and disposition of business enterprises, the preparation of various contracts and agreements, and the representation of clients in their ongoing business activities. In addition to his transactional practice, Stolz is familiar with all facets of the SBA lending programs and the standard operating procedures (SOP) governing SBA loan workouts, modifications and the settlement of guaranty liabilities under the SBA offer in compromise program. He has concluded well over 150 settlements in the past few years alone with major national banks for small business owners. Having started his practice focused on insolvency laws, Stolz has also represented over 1000 clients before the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas over his nearly 30 year career. He is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Association and the member of the American Bar Association (ABA), Business & Tax Sections. Strongly involved in nonprofit work, a passion of the Firm's partners, Stolz has also organized and assisted in the formation of over 100 nonprofit organizations including state-wide associations, churches, charities and private foundation. He serves as outside counsel for a wide array of charitable organizations throughout the State of Texas.
