PointTranquility, "Our Family Lake House", brings people together for fun, celebration and togetherness, whether by the lake, boating, fishing, relaxing on the dock, visiting the nearby golf course, or just sitting on the spacious wrap-around porch... which includes an outdoor fireplace, luxury seating, a separate firepit, and a large dining table with chairs... The house is designed with a spacious open living area that combines the kitchen, dining and living rooms for comfort and entertainment... The first floor is accessable from the driveway with no steps involved, and the entry doors and downstairs doors are 36" wide to accomidate a wheelchair, if needed. The master bedroom and bath are on the first floor. The second floor is accessable from the stair case in the living room. The second floor includes three bed rooms, a bunk room, and two bathrooms.
