Andrew Russakoff is the Chief Financial Officer for Angi. In this role, Mr. Russakoff oversees the Company's finance and accounting strategy and operations. He most recently served as Vice President Financial Planning at IAC, where he partnered with the IAC executive team on financial analysis, oversight of IAC's portfolio businesses, including Angi, and investor relations. Prior to IAC, Mr. Russakoff held finance, strategy and business development leadership roles at GameChanger Media and Pellucid Analytics and was an investment banker at Credit Suisse. Early in his finance career, Mr. Russakoff worked in the power and renewable energy industry at NRG Energy. Christopher Halpin is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at IAC. In this role, Mr. Halpin oversees corporate finance, accounting, M&A, investor relations, and administration functions.
Prior to his appointment at IAC, Mr. Halpin spent nearly a decade in leadership roles at the National Football League (NFL), most recently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Strategy & Growth Officer. In this role Mr. Halpin oversaw strategic planning and data and analytics, as well as key growth areas, including managing the NFL's international business and leading its legalized sports betting strategy. Other past leadership roles at the NFL include Senior Vice President, Consumer Products & Licensing, and Vice President of Media Strategy & Business Development.
Before joining the NFL in June 2013, Mr. Halpin was a Partner and Managing Director at Providence Equity Partners. During his 13 years at Providence, Mr. Halpin worked across the firm's investment activities in the Media & Entertainment, Wireless/Satellite and Business Services sectors, and also opened and served as Co-Head of the firm's Hong Kong office. Mr. Halpin started his career in the Merchant Banking Division of Goldman Sachs & Co.

Dhanusha Sivajee is the Chief Marketing Officer for Angi. In this role, Ms. Sivajee oversee the company's brand marketing vision, strategy and execution for both homeowners and pros. Prior to this role, she served as CMO of The Knot Worldwide (previously XO Group) where she was an integral part of the executive team responsible for the media to marketplace transformation. Prior to The Knot Worldwide, Ms. Sivajee served as Chief Marketing Officer of the AOL Brand Group. She has also held senior-level marketing and content development positions at Bloomberg and HBO. Ercan Kamber is the Chief Data Officer at Angi. In this role, Dr. Kamber oversees building and executing a world-class central data strategy that delivers innovations. Prior to this role, he most recently served as Data Leader of the discovery and connection organization at Twitter. Prior to his work at Twitter, he led data science and machine learning teams at Microsoft and served as the Chief Technology Officer of enterprise storage company RAID Computing. Dr. Kamber earned both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Physics from Bogazici University, as well as a PhD in Physics from Brandeis University.
After several dissatisfying estimates, I tried FenceWorks and was immediately impressed with the professionalism. Glenn H. Schiffman currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Fanatics, Inc. ("Fanatics"), a global digital sports platform. As Chief Financial Officer of Fanatics, Mr. Schiffman is responsible for a broad set of financial and corporate functions across the entire Fanatics global enterprise including corporate finance, M&A, treasury, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, accounting, information security, human resources, legal and corporate administration.

Prior to his appointment at IAC, Mr. Schiffman served as Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities, the investment banking and capital markets business of Guggenheim Partners, since March 2013. Prior to his tenure at Guggenheim Securities, Mr. Schiffman was a partner at The Raine Group, a merchant bank focused on advising and investing in the technology, media and telecommunications industries, from September 2011 to March 2013.
Prior to joining The Raine Group, Mr. Schiffman served as Co-Head of the Global Media group at Lehman Brothers from 2005 to 2007 and Head of Investment Banking Asia-Pacific at Lehman Brothers (and subsequently Nomura) from April 2007 to January 2010, as well as Head of Investment Banking, Americas from January 2010 to April 2011 for Nomura. Mr. Schiffman's roles at Nomura followed Nomura's acquisition of Lehman's Asia business in 2008.

Joey Levin has served as CEO of IAC since 2015, where he has overseen the constant evolution of the company, including the initial IPO and subsequent spin-off of Match Group, the spin-off of Vimeo, and the acquisitions of Angie's List and Care.com. In October 2022, Mr. Levin was also appointed as CEO of Angi Inc.
Mr. Levin joined IAC in 2003 as an associate director in the Mergers & Acquisitions group, working his way up to Senior Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions and Finance before moving to operations and business management, where he oversaw the strategy and growth of IAC's search and applications businesses. He graduated from the Jerome Fisher Program in Management & Technology from the University of Pennsylvania, with a BS in Economics from the Wharton School and a BAS in Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences.

Kulesh Shanmugasundaram is the Chief Technology Officer of Angi. Dr. Shanmugasundaram joined Angi in 2018 when Handy, the company where Dr. Shanmugasundaram was most recently serving as CTO, was acquired by Angi.
Prior to joining the organization, Dr. Shanmugasundaram held multiple engineering leadership roles at Amplify Education where he built products used by millions of students in classrooms nationwide. He obtained a Ph.D. in computer science from NYU. He founded two startups with the backing of DARPA, DoD, and NSF to commercialize his research in network security and digital forensics.
He holds a Ph. D in Computer Science, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New York University, and is an adjunct professor at NYU.

Mark Stein serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Strategy Officer of IAC, where he is responsible for working with the senior leadership of IAC's operating businesses to develop their strategic initiatives and execute on major growth opportunities.
Mr. Stein was formerly the Chief Strategy Officer of IAC Search & Applications and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at IAC. In this capacity he was responsible for driving growth across IAC's portfolio of desktop software, mobile applications and media properties (including Ask.com, About.com, Dictionary.com, Investopedia, and Mosaic) as well as expanding IAC's overall business through acquisition, investment and strategic commercial transactions. Before that, Mr. Stein served in various senior roles within IAC's operating businesses, including Executive Vice President of Corporate and Business Development at IAC Search & Media and its predecessor Ask Jeeves, Inc. Prior to Ask Jeeves, Mr. Stein served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Interactive Search Holdings (ISH), where he managed all legal affairs and business development. He played a central role in the growth of ISH from its founding in 1999, through its evolution into a network of internet media properties and applications, and culminating with its acquisition by Ask Jeeves in 2004.
Mr. Stein was also an attorney with Weil, Gotshal & Manges, where he represented technology firms, media companies and professional sports players associations.
He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Angi Inc. and Turo.

Michael Wanderer is an experienced human resources and people-focused leader with nearly 20 years of experience in a variety of roles. He joined Angi in October of 2018, when Handy was acquired by the company. Mr. Wanderer previously served as SVP of People at Handy.
Prior to his role at Handy, Mr. Wanderer was the Global Co-Head of HR at Jefferies. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Wanderer served as the Chief Administration Officer for NYSE Technologies and the Chief Human Resources Officer for NYFIX, Inc. Mr. Wanderer started his seasoned career at Citigroup, where he assumed a number of HR roles working & living in Tokyo, Japan, Frankfurt, Germany, and lastly New York, NY as a Vice President of Human Resources.
