Excellence comes with experience and this truly defines Mr. Manoj Patil. He is a man with more than two decades of experience in various industries, capacities & environments.
The journey to success is ensured with experience from working on numerous assignments/tasks & overcoming challenges when you work in diverse companies, industries, and capacities. The same goes for Mr. Manoj S. Patil. His professional journey began in 1992 with Electronica Machine Tools Ltd. on its ISRO approved production floor where he was deputed as Shop Manager. Later he went ahead to occupy senior position positions in companies like Dana Group of Companies Nigeria, Shubhalini Finetech Laboratories, Ashapura Exports Pvt. Ltd., Constantia Parikh Packaging Pvt. Ltd, Ranjan Ramesh Parikh Charitable Trust, and last with Europackaging PLC group as International Marketing consultant. His diversified experience exhibits his multi-faceted personality and professional skills.
Mr. Patil completed his Mechanical engineering and went on to do his MBA in Marketing which helps him both for marketing and production assignments; giving him the complete understanding of a business, thus making it easier for him to contribute to the holistic role of PRS with its partners.
Pavan Parikh believes that Rajvi is not only a very important person in life, but she's also his backbone his support system. She conboted in making the business feel like our home which is a place to join in together in laughter and feel a sense of belonging. She helped surrounding with a feeling of confidence bonding striving to one vision sustainability. Giving 16 years of her life to make his dream come true, Rajvi is a perfect blend of being tough and sensitive who has seconded Pavan in all his critical decision which enable Mr. Parikh to make Constantia Flexible - India's 3rd largest company with annual sales of 145 million in a short span of just 7 years.
He brings with him the modern appeal with a heritage touch. He has gained vast experience catering both nationally and globally. He strongly believes that to be the best in the business, you need to work ahead and think ahead of time, and that's what Mr. Parikh implemented while he was laying the foundation of his organization. He holds expertise in converting even the biggest of challenges into opportunities, which is very much evident from the wide portfolio of his work.
Over the years, he has gathered experience and information which he has blended together and created his own company, PRS Projects. The company is dedicated to hand holding the start-ups so that they can overcome the common business challenges that include manpower, arranging funds, managing work, marketing, etc. In a country like India, where the ratio of the job to the number of applicants is totally miss balanced, it is time that people; start creating job and become job givers. But as lucrative as it may sound, starting a business involves much more than strong ideation; it requires a lot of backing and support such that work at the front-end goes on seamlessly. He devoted his full attention and time to the new enterprise when his Son Pranav Parikh and Pavan Parikh started the Parikh Packaging Start-up. No doubt it is this leadership that has made Parikh Packaging among the top Global Packaging leaders. He was Chairman of Constantia Parikh, world's fourth-largest & Europe's second-largest flexible manufacturing company, and has been the guiding force for all its employees & supported education of children of Parikh Packaging‘s blue-collar task force via his trust " Ranjan Ramesh Parikh Charitable Trust". Many employees till date refer to him as their "Living God", for the support he has provided them.
Rameshbhai Parikh is well known not only for his entrepreneurship and mentoring in the growth of Parikh Packaging but also for continuing the great philanthropist work started by his father Shri Ochchavlal Mohanlal Parikh (Daliwala). Mr. Parikh is a Senior Trustee on the Board of Muljibhai Patel Urological Hospital at Nadiad which is one of the major Kidney hospitals in India and also as a Vice-Chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan's Nadiad Kendra which in addition to schools has also established the first B.Ed. College in Nadiad to build Gurus for the next generation.
Rajvi Parikh was born in a reputed Business family in Ahmedabad and studied her bachelor's in business. Having business in her DNA, she has been instrumental in contributing to the Parikh Family business plans and supporting the family in this journey. In 2004 she formally joined the business taking over the critical functions of Finance, HR & some part of Purchase consumables.
With her keen eye for details, she was able to undertake cost-cutting exercises ensure just in time processes, development of new vendors, and implement automation in her departments to ensure benefits to the company as well as its extended family of customers, employees & suppliers. Be its employee benefits, training, CSR activities, and workers support she has proactively ensured that this is absorbed in the HR Culture. She contributed a lot in building the evolutionary Human respect in the Parikh group that has led to a robust & highly successful HR Policy.
