Chelsea's warm and personable nature makes her a perfect Outreach and Education Coordinator. She administers a few large grants and is preparing to become the lead for the Delaware Envirothon.
Jen is a wealth of knowledge and experience in conservation and currently serves as the Executive Director for Delaware & Maryland Association of Conservation Districts. She has built relationships with executive directors from state associations around the country, state conservation agencies and federal partners, local farmers and environmental organizations.

Missy is the "girl Friday" of the organization and wears many hats to complete whatever task is needed. She helps Jen with day to day operations of the organizations that she supports.
