Richie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing remote Indigenous stores, which has seen him assist in the strategic development of key relationships and business undertakings across several remote sites all over the country. Having a sound foundation in sales, HR and operational management, Richie is able to drive and implement programs that achieve long-term solutions for the stability of an organisation. Being conferred a Bachelor of Laws, Diploma of Human Resources, and undertaking further studies in a Masters of HR, Richie is passionate about the strategic development of a workforce and delivering projects that help equip future generations with the right mentality to contribute to a positive workplace culture.
