Dr. Arthur Clemente Dotty

Dr. Clemente is a graduate of NYU Medical School, Class of 2000. He received his Bachelor's degree in Biology from Duke University. He has worked as a primary care physician, a hospitalist, and an ER physician. He is married, has two children, and lives in Ridgefield Washington. His hobbies include woodworking and cooking, and spending time outdoors.

Dr. Christina Bergstrom

Dr. Christina Bergstrom is a family physician, teacher and mother with training in functional medicine, integrative and holistic medicine, and nutrition. Dr. Bergstrom has been interested in health and healing since childhood and has been studying how to assist the body in creating optimal health ever since. Dr. Bergstrom studied chemistry and chemical biology during her undergraduate years at Harvard University. During her medical school training at Tulane University Medical School in New Orleans she maintained a dedication to educating herself about natural health. She studied meditation, developed presentations on nutrition, and studied acupuncture in addition to her conventional medicine training. When she graduated from medical school Dr. Bergstrom chose to specialize in family medicine, because it seemed most consistent with her desire to teach people how to prevent and proactively treat disease. She completed her family medicine residency at Providence Milwaukie Family Medicine Residency in Oregon in 2009. Dr. Bergstrom loves the Pacific Northwest and following residency stayed in the Portland area to practice family medicine with PeaceHealth Medical Group in Vancouver, Washington. From 2015 to 2017 Dr. Bergstrom opened and operated a holistic and functional medicine clinic in Portland, Oregon. Now at Ridgefield Family Medicine since 2018 Dr. Bergstrom appreciates being able to weave the concepts of holistic medicine into a conventional family medicine practice offering patients the best of both worlds.

Dr. Josephine Drew

Dr. Josephine Drew received her Medical Degree from the University of Hawaii-John A. Burns School of Medicine. Born in Ilwaco, Washington she moved to Hawaii at age 4 and considers herself an "island girl" at heart. She completed her residency and internship at University of Washington-Family Medicine of Southwest Washington in 1998. She continued to practice in Clark County as part of the residency faculty till 2001. Dr. Drew holds Board Certification with the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Integrative and Holistic Medicine. Dr. Drew began her career in healthcare as a registered nurse in pediatric oncology working at Kapiolani Women's and Children's Hospital in Honolulu, Hawaii and additionally completed undergraduate studies in psychology. Her special interests include women's healthcare, integrative medicine, and acupuncture. She has been part of the Providence Family Medicine Milwaukie faculty since 2001 where she was actively involved in teaching family practice residents. She has held faculty appointments with the University of Washington and currently is Affiliate Assistant Professor with the Department of Family Medicine Oregon Health Science University. When not in the office she enjoys organic gardening, yoga, surfing and visiting the ocean with her family. "Being a physician is such a privilege", she says. Karen Kennedy

Karen Kennedy is a certified nutritionist, having received her masters degree in clinical nutrition from Bastyr University in 2001. Prior to this, she studied biochemistry and immunology and worked in cancer research for 10 years. Then made a big career move and trained as a yoga teacher, then in nutrition. Since then, she has enjoyed working with people individually and loves teaching nutrition and cooking classes. She is currently working towards a credential as a certified Integrative and Functional Nutritional Professional, to give her more tools to help her clients. Karen doesn't promote any specific nutritional philosophy other than a whole foods approach to whatever works for the individual. "I really love empowering people with the information they need to be healthier. Especially when people stop fighting their biology and start learning how to nourish themselves…. That's why I love my job." When she isn't working, she still spends an awful amount of time around food. She loves to cook and garden. Stefanie Aring

Stefanie Aring is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She previously worked as an ICU nurse for 5 years, and has loved the transition into primary care. She enjoys being able to positively impact patient's lives and help them become healthier through empowering patients with knowledge. She particularly enjoys pediatric patients and is continuing her medical education by studying functional medicine. She approaches patients as a whole and tries to get to the root cause of their diseases, rather the focusing on individual parts. She then works with patients to come up with a plan that is achievable for each individual patient. She believes medicine is unique to each person, and that there is not a one size fits all when it comes to options for treating various ailments. Stefanie is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Stefanie obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing at The University of South Alabama and her B.S. in Biology as well as her BN in Nursing at Seattle University. When Stefanie is not working, she enjoys anything outdoors, sports, and traveling. She plays on several soccer teams and gets out hiking, camping, backpacking, snowshoeing, etc., almost every weekend with her husband and rambunctious dog. She has traveled to over 30 countries and hopes to travel to at least 30 more! She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and trying to come up with new, delicious recipes.
