Bianca Moran

Bianca became interested in the legal profession while learning about the complex legal side of Human Resources as part of her degree. But it might be in her genes - her mother works at a law firm too. Family is important to Bianca. On weekends you'll find her spending time with her family and friends. A Central Coast local, she loves exploring everything the region has to offer - especially the beaches and bushwalks - and enjoys camping any chance she gets.

Chelsea Johnson

Transitioning to the legal profession from a successful career in childcare, Chelsea has a passion for managing policies and procedures and refined this expertise in advancing leadership roles. Chelsea excels in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills, and with her friendly and helpful nature, easily connects with others. Her experience supports her efficient and caring management of administrative and reception duties. In her personal time, Chelsea is an avid reader and an enthusiastic runner, and can often be spotted running with friends, or training for her first half marathon. Chelsea's passion for making a positive impact guides her both in and outside work.

Dominique Markwort

At the age of 10, Dominique decided she wanted to be a solicitor. Having experienced her own parents' separation in her regional hometown, and seeing the issues that can arise when family law matters are mishandled, she became passionate about helping other parents to navigate the legal system and find harmonious resolutions for their children. Dominique started her career when she was offered a traineeship as a legal secretary in high school. With a few years of experience under her belt, Dominique gained admission into a Bachelor of Laws which was the first of several qualifications to follow, including a Master of Applied Laws (double majoring in Family Dispute Resolution and Family Law), Accredited Mediator and a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Dominique is the first in her family to attend university. Dominique's career highlight is being awarded her Practising Certificate and realising her childhood dream of becoming a solicitor - a promise she made to her mother before she passed away. Though, Dominique feels constantly rewarded and motivated when she finds a positive resolution for a client in a parenting matter. With family in South Australia, in her free time Dominique enjoys the excuse to travel south, go on wine tours and join friends on camping and boating adventures.

Gail Clarke

After her schooling on Sydney's North Shore, Gail went to secretarial college and one of her first roles was working for a sole practitioner. Despite notions of moving into the medical industry, her love for the law saw her career continue in this direction. Being able to help make the experience as smooth and easy as possible for clients is what she enjoys the most. Spending time with her adult children and now grandchildren is a highlight of Gail's time away from the office.

George Seton

Job Titles:

George is an integral member of the Seton Family Lawyers team and helps to keep everyone grounded. He provides cuddles and high fives in times of need, and sometimes just because. He also functions as the firm's resident feet warmer, kitchen floor crumb cleaner, and security guard, although is often found sleeping on the job. He will accept pats and treats.

Hannah Bramich

Hannah is highly driven and exceptionally organised, and always knew that the legal profession was the right path for her. After graduating with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from University of Newcastle, Hannah was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW and High Court of Australia. Originally from Newcastle, Hannah initially made the move to the South Coast to work in a general practice firm. She appeared in Local Courts, the Land and Environment Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, and as an instructing solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW. During this time, Hannah found that her passion was in family and criminal law, and she moved closer to home, joining the Seton Family Lawyers team. Always up for a challenge, in her free time Hannah enjoys exploring bushwalks and beaches around the Central Coast and trying her hand at new hobbies including pottery and knitting.

Isabella Nowalinski

Isabella has always been passionate about advocacy and justice, and from a young age dreamt of becoming a lawyer to fulfil this passion. Recognised for her leadership and cross-cultural initiatives in high school, she earned early entry into Macquarie University, where she is currently in her second year pursuing a double degree in Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Media and Communications, majoring in Journalism. She is also actively engaged in the University's Global Leadership Program and Law Society. Growing up, Isabella was a dedicated performer, experienced in dance and musical theatre, and regularly performed on-stage. Outside of her work and studies, she is a keen adventurer, enjoying snowboarding, camping and travelling, and loves spending time with family and friends.

Kayla Seton

With a love of learning, Kayla is highly accomplished, with a Bachelor of Medical Radiation Science in Nuclear Medicine, an MBA in Human Resources Management and postgraduate courses in History. After spending two years conducting sleep studies in children and SIDS assessments, she then spent four years in nuclear medicine, specialising in oncology at Children's Hospital Westmead. With a young family, Kayla then undertook her MBA in Human Resources, leading to her role as Practice Manager at Ryan & Seton Lawyers. With a warm and friendly disposition, Kayla builds rapport quickly with everyone she meets. She looks at the person behind the resume when recruiting new team members, with her progressive attitude toward recruitment seeing her awarded HR Professional of the Year at the 2020 Lawyers Weekly Women in Law Awards. Her proudest achievement in life is her family, and she loves to travel with them whenever possible, seeking out new adventures and historical tours, and appreciating the world around us and our place in it.

Michael Seton - Founder

Michael grew up in Umina Beach on the Central Coast and earned an academic scholarship to attend Central Coast Grammar School. Upon completing the HSC, and getting accepted into a medicine degree, he made the last-minute gut decision to study law at the University of Sydney. Michael graduated with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Psychology) and began practising law with a national firm in Sydney. Several years later, Michael completed his Master of Laws and in 2017 was endorsed by The Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Family Law. Michael is admitted as a solicitor in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, meaning he can appear in any NSW or Commonwealth court or tribunal. Michael has 20 years of legal experience, most notably as co-founder of award-winning firm Ryan & Seton Lawyers. In 2022, Michael founded Seton Family Lawyers - a firm focused on helping families through all matters involving family law and associated criminal law. Specialising in family law, criminal law, dispute resolution and advocacy, Michael draws on his formal training in psychology to take a uniquely people-centred approach to his family law practice and leadership style. His leadership skills extend beyond Seton Family Lawyers as secretary and committee member of the Central Coast Law Society. He also proudly maintains a current posting of Flight Lieutenant and Legal Officer as a specialist reservist with the Royal Australian Air Force. When he's not at work, Michael likes to keep fit and active. He loves running all distances and made his marathon debut in Berlin in 2017. He's also an enthusiastic cricketer and enjoys his ongoing association with the mighty Terrigal Matcham Cricket Club. Michael is a father of three young children who keep him on his toes (often literally as the proclaimed "dance dad"), and husband to his wife who's the most intelligent person he's ever met. Rebecca Ross

After working in other industries including education and accounting, Rebecca took the opportunity to support the team at Seton Family Lawyers as she was keen to be a part of a reputable team. Rebecca keeps a one dollar coin framed on her desk to remind her of a career highlight. It was given to her by a client to remind her to not give up even if you're down to your last dollar. Rebecca's client had given up chasing money owed to her by her late husband but gave Rebecca the information to make one last effort to claim for her. Rebecca made numerous phone calls and emails on her client's behalf. Finally, Rebecca successfully received a cheque for the outstanding money. The words ‘never give up' have stuck with her ever since. Rebecca grew up on the Central Coast and now raises a family here. Keeping promises is important to Rebecca and she was able to keep one to her children when she recently treated them to a plane trip to discover the Northern Territory.

Rhiannon Irvin

After a successful six-year career in real estate, climbing the ranks to one of the highest positions at her agency, and obtaining her real estate licence, Rhiannon has pivoted to the legal profession, with extensive, relevant experience in customer service and legal correspondence. She's a consummate professional and able to adapt to any situation and, as a real people person, quickly builds rapport with colleagues and clients. Rhiannon finds immense joy and purpose in providing for her twin daughters, who look up to her every day, and enjoys spending quality time with her friends, family, and beloved dog - and any spare moments out of her busy life at the beach.

Tim Bowring

Being an avid sportsperson, Tim studied a Bachelor of Sports Business and started his career in management positions within the Australian Rugby Union. Eager to learn and expand his career opportunities and skills, Tim became interested in the law. He worked as a paralegal while completing his Bachelor of Laws which meant that he was well-equipped when he was admitted as a solicitor in early 2019. Since then, Tim has established a reputation as a logical, competitive and pragmatic litigator. He regularly appears in the Local Court, District Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court. Tim is passionate about ensuring justice for his clients, making sure they understand each step of their legal process and can make informed decisions about their matter, as well as being a strong advocate at each court event. Tim understands that, in family law and criminal law, his clients are often dealing with a lot of anxiety. Navigating people through that, and seeing the weight lift off them at the end, is extremely rewarding for Tim. Tim is engaged in his community, previously coaching junior cricket and rugby union teams, and volunteering with the NSW State Emergency Service. On his days off, he'll often be spotted at the beach or enjoying live music throughout the Central Coast.
