KC has over 25 years of experience in financial management and business advisory to corporations in Australia and East Asia. A founding director of Symmetry Capital Partners, KC has extensive experience assisting small to medium clients with strategic planning, transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, IPO, reverse takeover, exist strategy and funds raising. KC has also worked with multiple startups on funding and in an advisory.
KC commenced his career in Genting Berhad as an Accountant in the Resort and Casino in Genting Highlands. From the mid 1990s, KC has held company secretarial and directorships for ASX listed companies. KC is an alumni from Deakin University, Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce.
Mark has over 40 years experience in the financial services and resources sectors providing advice to a wide range of clients. From the mid 1980s until 2000 Mark worked in a number of roles across a range of disciplines with major accounting firms in Australia and the United Kingdom, finishing as a director with Deloitte Corporate Advisory Services in 2000. He then joined a Perth based broking house as Managing Director of their corporate advisory business until 2004 when he left to set up his own corporate advisory firm providing corporate advice to a range of resource and biotech companies. In 2006 he formed and listed on ASX Peak Resources Limited leaving the company in 2012 to return to consulting, having grown it from formation to a market capitalisation of in excess of $120m.
More recently he has provided consulting services to a range of industries while retaining a focus on emerging junior resources companies. He currently a director and or company secretary of a number of companies listed on ASX.
Since 2012 Mark has held company secretarial positions and directorships for ASX listed companies and has provided probity advisory services on large infrastructure projects in Western Australia.
Mark has experience in a wide range of corporate transactions including public offerings, company valuations, acquisitions and mergers and transaction execution services in Australia and East Africa, both as a director of a listed company and as a consultant providing advice to clients. Additionally, Mark has extensive experience in the provision of company secretary services to companies listed on the ASX.
Paul has in excess of 35 years experience advising on sale and acquisition of businesses and assets in a diverse range of industries. He has extensive experience in commercial and corporate due diligence, corporate reconstructions, corporations law, ASIC and ASX regulation and compliance. His clients have been both listed, nationally and internationally, and large private enterprises.
His experience in mergers and acquisitions has involved him dealing with all parties in the transactions, including owners, management, accountants and external advisers. His extensive experience and expertise enables him to provide both practical and timely advice to clients.
Paul has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Masters of Business Administration, all from the University of Western Australia.
