Cathy Jung is an experienced computer programming educator specializing in software engineering and Daml, a Haskell-based smart contract language for blockchain development. She is currently a Senior Technical Curriculum Developer at Digital Asset and has previously served as a Lead Full Stack Engineering Instructor at App Academy. Prior to these roles, Cathy performed as a Lead Curriculum Designer at ByteDance, where she formulated curricula for GoGoKid, a language learning platform. Cathy's lifelong passion for education and language, both natural and computer-based, drives her deep commitment to sharing her enthusiasm with others by creating impactful and innovative educational solutions. She holds a B.S. in Foreign Language Education from New York University and an M.S. in Applied Linguistics from Peking University.

Didier Alia is a Research Assistant Professor at the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington. Dr. Alia is an agricultural economist with a broad research interest and expertise in international development with a focus on agricultural technology adoption, agricultural transformation, climate risks and adaptation. His research leverage household surveys and innovative data sources to explore and assess the effectiveness of various mechanisms or policies intended to increase farmers' investment in modern inputs that lead to improved crop productivity in Africa. Other aspects of his recent research relate to trade and developing countries' access to global markets, and food safety and food regulation in the global food value chain. His research has gender and inclusion lenses and often covers issues related to urbanization, education, health, and trade and their implications for rural development in Africa. Dr. Alia received his Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Kentucky in 2017. He received a MSc in Statistics and Economics from the Sub-Regional Institute of Statistics and Applied Economics (Cameroon) in 2009 and a MSc in Mathematics from the University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin) in 2006. Prior to graduate school, Didier worked as an economist-statistician at the AfricaRice center in Cotonou, Benin.

I'm Steven Asher, a seasoned professional in software engineering. Over the course of my career, I have led the execution and delivery of systems in the domains of SaaS products, e-commerce, quantum computing, ultra-large scale data storage, virtual reality, augmented reality, and artificial intelligence. My journey with computer programming began in childhood and has profoundly shaped my life. For me, crafting software systems has always been a medium for creative expression, a way of building without needing physical materials. This childhood passion has evolved into a rewarding career. Looking ahead to the chance of contributing to STEM education, I am excited about the potential to inspire young minds and make a positive impact on their journey.
