Andrew Rout

With over 35 years' experience in the Food Industry, Andrew has extensive experience across; Quality, Process Manufacturing, Health & Safety and Continuous Improvement. Andrew oversees the company's Risk Management Programme from receipt of bulk honey and processing, through to packing and dispatch of product to our customers globally. His attention to detail and rigorous approach to Quality Management enables the company to delivey exceptional products.

Julie Cox

After 17 years in the Manuka honey industry and having held leadership roles from; Operations to Sales and Financial Management, Julie has extensive knowledge across the honey supply chain. With a background in science, she has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the technical requirements of the Manuka industry. Her capability in raw product management, ensures customers receive a quality product and continuity of supply.

Leo Stachnik

  • Business Development Manager
In tailoring and delivering Mānuka Honey solutions, Leo relies on 15 years of Sales, Marketing and Business Development experience accumulated across multiple industries and product categories. Leo has worked in multiple markets, including Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, USA and Russia. Leo is bilingual and business-level-fluent in Mandarin.

Rob McConnachie - CEO, Founder

After 20 years in the Manuka honey industry, Rob has a good understanding of all elements of the industry, from hive to consumer. He has; served on the Executive Board with UMFHA, set up a packing plant and storage facility, set up an extraction facility and beekeeping business. His continued focus on growth and delivering a quality product and service, has led to the company now exporting multiple honey brands to more than 15 countries.

Shane O'Rourke

After a successful 15+ years in corporate FMCG and sales leadership roles, Shane was lured to Tauranga by the opportunity to work in the Manuka Honey industry. He was attracted to the category due to its high growth potential and the opportunity to engage with customers across many cultures. His specialist analytical skills mean the team can quickly identify market gaps and make recommendations, leading to a higher level of success for our customers.
