The Transitional Living Centers, Inc. is a community-based, not-for-profit residential program providing services to women and men who have been convicted of a crime and are about to re-enter society. As a state contracted community corrections center, the TLC provides supervision and assistance in a home-like environment. The residential facilities accommodate offenders who are referred by the Department of Corrections as state intermediate punishment cases, parole cases, or are referred by the Parole District Office as half-way back cases.
