UMA INTERIORS - Key Persons
Lena Barakat, graduated with a master's degree in Interior Architecture from the Lebanese University.
Following many years of successful design work and a distinctive portfolio of clients and projects, Mia Derbas has taken her experience to establish the boutique interior architecture and design firm UMA Interiors in 2022.
The name UMA means "The one" in Portuguese and stems for Mia's Brazilian heritage. She is also half Lebanese and has lived in the UAE for 7 years.
Reem possesses excellent drawing and presentation skills with in depth knowledge of all key fields of Interior Design.
"I am passionate and hardworking. I focus on going above and beyond to support my team and serve clients. I also try to do my best to have at least the smallest impact I can do in this field. I am motivated to continue to grow and learn new processes."
